This restaurant is a hidden gem due to its off piste location, you won't stumble across Chez Pepe Nicolas, you will need to know where you are going.

 

The restaurant is an old shepherds chalet and it is still run by the grand children of Pepe Nicolas.

 

The food is traditional and is all sourced locally, in the summer you will see animals grazing next to the restaurant. They have an extensive wine list and the service is incredible.
